Andy Stanton
Andy Stanton is the bestselling author of the hilarious and much-loved Mr Gum series of children’s books. Mr Gum is published in over 34 countries worldwide and has won numerous awards, including the inaugural Roald Dahl Funny Prize, the Red House Children's Book Award, and not one, but two, Blue Peter Book Awards.

Additionally, the series has been shortlisted for countless other regional and national children’s book prizes. The bizarre adventures of young Polly and her friends as they battle the villainous Mr Gum have become must-reads for every child in the UK today (and many parents too!).

In 2016 You’re A Bad Man, Mr Gum! reaches its 10th anniversary and will be published as an Egmont Modern Classic. Andy Stanton lives in North London.
