Featured on the morning show on Channel Eye & a regular at the Galle Children's Festival, Shilpa art & craft exhibition and member of the National Arts Council, Janaka sketches live portraits as well as copying photographs and images off digital media. He is highly sought after to create his unmistakable brand of art work on family, wedding  & photographs of sentimental value to his clients.  Janaka specializes in speed sketching & is Lanka's fastest sketch artist.  He sketched the former president within a few minutes & has a speed of approximately 3 minutes per sketch.

Janaka is working on increasing his speed to get into the Guinness book of records as the world's fastest portrait speed sketch artist.
